"The Index Server could not access data from the directory" when using SelectArchive

Hi all, I'm using Enterprise Vault search API. The "The Index Server could not access data from the directory" error message show up when I'm using search.SelectArchive(). I cannot find any useful information in the api document. Any clue would be great. Thanks.
