Backing Up EV 10.0.3 with Netbackup 6.5.6

Howdy, 

Might have to shoot over to the Netbackup forums for this. 

I know the EV agent for Netbackup is listed as 'Pending' in the compatibility guide, and during install the deployment scanner advised that I might want to look at updating that there agent if I was planning on using the agent to backup EV with Netbackup, unfortunately in this environment that's just not possible. 

We've got a number of solutions to this, but ideally we'd like to use Netbackup to perform EV backups. So, my question is - outside of using the EV agent, is there any issue using Netbackup 6.5.6 to perform standard backups of EV data and Indexes as they exist in 10.0.3?
